From the initial site appraisal, which might consider rebuild or refurbishment options, we would link with an occupational demand study to maximise the investment as a long term asset, or assess its potential for re-sale. Once the feasibility of the scheme is established, Saper Hall work with other professionals to masterplan the site, arrange for a suitable planning application to be made and advise on construction/project management aspects.
