SAPER HALL UNLOCK VALUE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FARMERS IN EVESHAM 

Saper Hall, who act as strategic property advisors to Countrywide Farmers, have sold their existing site in Worcester Road, Evesham having identified a significant underlying land value as a a result of obtaining a Certificate of Lawful Use for Open A1 Retail purposes. Saper Hall on Countrywide Farmers' behalf relocated their store to the Four Pools Retail Park on the south-east side of the town and were also instructed to market the existing site.

The site in Worcester Road has now been sold to Bride Hall Developments/British Land for a substantial unconditional sum. Countrywide Farmers will share in overage payments once planning has been obtained and on completion of any future development.
