PHOENIX MEDICAL GROUP ACQUIRE HOSPITAL IN WEYMOUTH STREET
Saper Hall acting on behalf of Phoenix have acquired a building in Weymouth Street as an hospital, which will be opened at the end of 2009 following extensive fitting-out. The building, which is close to the King Edward VII Hospital, will provide the next significant facility for the Group. The facilitiy is specifically targetted at minor operations although there is provision for overnight stays. Saper Hall are actively looking for 2 new 70,000 sq ft hospital facilities in Central London on behalf of the Group.
