Key Personnel - Roger Saper - Director

Roger SaperRoger Saper has over 30 years experience in the commercial property market and, prior to setting up Saper Hall in 1999, was an equity partner at Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle).

Roger was Head of the Out-of-Town Business Space team in the UK, leading a team of 4 partners and over 30 staff dealing with major assignments nationwide and throughout Europe. His wide ranging experience includes site acquisitions, master planning, funding for development and site disposals for occupiers, developers and investors.

In 1998 Roger was appointed as Managing Director of the Warsaw office in May 1998 responsible for JLL's operations in Poland and an office of 41 people. As well as several major assignments in Poland, Roger's wider European experience includes mixed use developments of over 500 acres in Barcelona, Milan and Berlin.

At Saper Hall, Roger has been involved in major consultancy roles for Trafalgar House/Kvaerner Construction, Comet, Costco, Laura Ashley, European Land and Chancerygate. He now specialises in portfolio acquisitions for customers including Ashtenne and Sackville Properties. Roger has also been involved in the purchase of major developments sites on behalf of, for example, Prudential & Quintain and acted to acquire premises for corporate occupiers including Leaseplan, Skanska and CWF.

Recent activity demonstates wide ranging experience across a diverse range of property types. Saper Hall currently advises a child day care group on a substantial acquisition programme; some 24 separate units have been purchased and a further 45 are currently subject to due diligence. Roger also represents a group of Harley Street Consultants acquiring a Diagnostic & Treatment Centre in Central London and on a freehold site (also in Central London) where a new hospital is to be built.
